Dotun Wealth ("Wealth by Design", "we," "us," or "our") is a personal finance education brand operated by Dotun Ayodele-Bamisaiye, CPA, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit dotunwealth.com (the "Site"), take the Wealth Strength Score assessment, watch Finance Friday, join our community, or otherwise interact with us.

This Site is operated independently of Dexteritas Professional Corporation. If you are a client of Dexteritas, a separate engagement letter and privacy practice governs that professional relationship, not this policy.

2. What information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

Information you give us directly

• Name and email address, when you take the Wealth Strength Score, subscribe to updates, purchase a product, or apply through Work with Me
• Your quiz answers and resulting score/pillar breakdown
• Any information you submit in an application, contact form, or message to us
• Payment information when you make a purchase — this is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, not stored on our own servers

Information collected automatically

• Basic device and usage data (browser type, pages visited, referring site, approximate location from IP address) via standard analytics tools
• Cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 4

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Deliver your Wealth Strength Score results and follow-up content
• Send the newsletter and content you've opted into (and let you unsubscribe at any time)
• Process purchases and provide the products or services you've bought
• Respond to applications, inquiries, and support requests
• Improve the Site and understand which content is useful
• Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

4. Cookies and analytics

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site running, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our content. This may include analytics tools that track page views and general behavior in aggregate. • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in every email
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including relying on reputable third-party platforms with their own security standards for hosting, email, and payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

This Site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
